Overview

This article describes the issue when a host goes down and you do not get a notification.

 

Environment

All versions of VMAN 

 

Cause 

The "Hosts - No heartbeats" alert may not be enabled with a notification email set on it.

 

Resolution

Configure the "Hosts - No heartbeats" alert to be enabled and have a notification email set.
