Disk IOPS Reports label IOPS as 'CMD/s'

Overview


This article discusses an issue some VMAN Users may encounter when configuring IOPS Utilization Reports on the Orion Web-Based Reporting Tool, where IOPS are instead displayed as 'cmd/s'.

Environment

  • VMAN 8.0+
  • SAM 6.5+
  • Orion Core 2017.3+

 

Cause 

  • Mis-configuration of the report

 

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Reports > All Reports > Manage Reports.
  2. Select the report in question and click Edit.
  3. Click Edit Table.
  4. Click Advanced under relevant column ('Minimum IOPS Total', for example.)
  5. In Display setting, remove the "cmd/s" replace with "IOPS".
