Overview

This article gives information on how to resolve the issue for the Invalid server response error when accessing the VMAN application and management web console.

Environment

  • VMAN 6.3.1
  • VMAN 6.3.0

Cause

This happens when accessing the VMAN application or management console that does not have JAVA and Adobe Flash Player installed.

Resolution

  • Install JAVA and Adobe Flash Player on the machine where the you are accessing the VMAN application and management console.
  • If you cannot install JAVA and Adobe Flash Player on the machine, maybe its a server. Try and access the VMAN application and management console on a machine (that has access to the VMAN server) that has JAVA and Adobe Flash Player installed.

Note: JAVA and Adobe Flash Player is a requirement for accessing the VMAN Web Console (application and management). If you does not have a machine that has JAVA and Flash Player installed, then you will need to make an environment in which both requirements is installed so that they can access the VMAN Web Console.
