Entering login credentials for VMWare and Hyper-V is confusing due to slight differences

Issue

Virtualization Manager users with both VMWare and Hyper-V face inconsistent user interface expections.

For VMWare, the user must enter a Username that includes the domain (domain\username) and leave the Domain filed blank.

For Hyper-V, the user must enter a name in Username and the domain in Domain.

Resolution

Currently there is no resolution other than making a note of the discrepancy.
