Watch List status: Never Seen

Overview

This article provides information on the issue when the host name, username, MAC, or IP address is displayed as Never seen on the UDT Watch List.

Environment

All UDT versions

Resolution

Any of the following will resolve the issue:

  • Copy and paste the device or user from the UDT Summary page to the UDT Watch List.
  • Watch List is case sensitive. Add any values exactly as they are displayed on the Web Console.
