This article describes how to create a custom report (that includes operational and administrative status for each reported port) in report writer or SQL query for Unused ports.


All UDT versions


  1. Open the Report Writer program on the Orion server.
  2. Click Create a New Report.Reportwriter.PNG
  3. Run the following query in an Advanced SQL Report:


 UDT_UnUsedPorts.NodeID AS NodeID,  
 UDT_UnUsedPorts.PortID AS PortID,  
 UDT_UnUsedPorts.DNS AS DNS,
