Unable to add nodes to UDT

Overview

This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when there is no response to adding nodes to UDT.

Environment

UDT version 3.2.4

 

Cause 

The nodes added are assigned to an additional Poller which either does not have UDT installed, or does not have a similar UDT version compared to the main Poller.

 

Resolution

Install/Upgrade UDT on the Additional Poller (Recommended).

OR

Transfer the node to the Main Poller where UDT is installed.
