UDT module is not showing layer 3 data for device

Issue

A device is added to UDT but is unable to display data (layer 3).

Solution

Verify that the folllowing:

  • Device supports all relevant OIDs
  • Layer3 job exists for the node
  • UDT ports are being monitored
  • In the UDT.Jobs log, verify if the job completes successfully, check the job's duration and adjust timeout if necessary.
  • In the UDT.BusinessLayer log, verify the job's results are processed successfully.
  • Verify the ARP address table
