Issue

UDT is set up to retrieve user data from domain controllers but no user data is displayed in the UDT Web Console.

Solution

  1. Go to UDT Settings in the Web Console > Manage Domain Controllers > Add AD Domain Controller.
  2. Enter the host name or IP address.
  3. Check Active Directory Domain Controller.
  4. Choose your credential from the list.
  5. Enter and re-enter the password.
  6. Click Test.

If the test succeeds, the credentials are valid for the purposes of retrieving user data from the domain controller. If not, see Manage Active Directory credentials to edit the credentials or create another set.
