Running the configuration wizard which refreshes files on the web server and performs checks on the structure of your database, may solve many problems.

Before you run the configuration wizard, you should close all open applications and stop the SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor Service in the Windows Services Control Panel. It will be restarted by the Wizard at the end of its process.
