A device is added to UDT but is unable to display data (layer 2).

Verify the following:

  • Device supports all relevant OIDs
  • Layer 2 job exists for the node.
  • UDT ports are being monitored.
  • In theUDT.Jobs log, verify the job completes successfully, check the job's duration, and adjust timeout if necessary.
  • In the UDT.BusinessLayer log, verify the job's results are processed successfully.
