When you create or modify reports, the Field Formatting tab customizes the format of the various results fields in your report.

  1. Select the field you want to format, and then edit labels and select options as appropriate.
  2. Check Hidden Field to hide any field in your report.
  3. To view your changes at any time, click Preview.

The formatting options available for each field may be different according to the nature of the data contained in that field.
