These release notes describe the new features, improvements, and fixed issues in this release. They also provide information about upgrades and describe work-arounds for known issues.

New features and improvements

UDT v3.2.3 contains two hotfixes, which are described in the Fixed Issues section.

UDT v3.2.2 includes the following new features and improvements:

  • UDT is now running on the latest core Katamari SR1 2015.1.1
  • UDT 3.2 HotFixes 1, 2 and 3 are now integrated in UDT 3.2.2
  • Adding Orion nodes to UDT via Port Management
  • Discovering ports using UDT has been improved
  • Filter option for monitoring ports using UDT has been added

 

How to upgrade

If you are upgrading from a previous version, use the following resources to plan and implement your upgrade:

  • Use the Product Upgrade Advisor to determine your upgrade path. Based on your current environment and versions, the Product Upgrade Advisor provides an ordered list of how to proceed with the upgrade.

Fixed issues

UDT v3.2.3 includes the following hotfixes:

Hotfix Description
IFINDEX value overflows in the IPNETTOMEDIA table This fix addresses an issue regarding the failure to store IP endpoints from a Layer 3 device.
UDT remote event log jobs failed This fix addresses an issue regarding false REL notification and removes the messages from the notification banner.
