Open Issues

Issue Case Number
Wireless Resource(s) Missing: In an integration of UDT with NPM, if you install UDT before NPM, the UDT resource All Access Points and SSIDS is missing from the NPM Wireless Controller and Autonomous Access Point views. The current solution is to use Customize Page controls to add the two UDT resources onto the NPM views. See the SolarWinds User Device Manager Administrator Guide for information on customizing a view. 159638
No Endpoint Information is Shown: When using SNMPv3 credentials to poll devices (any vendor, any model) UDT does not show any endpoint information. For a workaround, see this Knowledge Base article 72243
Avaya 8600 Layer 2 and Layer 3 Information Not Being Pulled: When the user monitors the Avaya 8600 in UDT, polling cycles are not retrieving appropriate information for Layer 2 and Layer 3.
