Rogue devices resource - unhandled exception

The following error occurs in logs due to unhandled exception on the resource:

2015-01-15 14:59:59,900 [52] ERROR RogueDevicees - Exception while rendering resource
System.TypeIniatializationCase:Exception: The type iniatialized for 'SolarWinds.UDT.Common.Models.UDTPropertyBag' thre an exception. ---> System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'SolarWinds.IPAM.BusinessObjects, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.


All UDT versions



Note: Website IIS has to be removed first before deleting the Application pool for the website because failure to do so triggers an error similar in the screenshot below.

1. Remove IPAM dll files in installation directory.

2. Stop the Orion Services or website in IIS.

3. Remove the website IIS and the application pool for the website. 

a. Go to Run > Type inetmgr >  OK 

b. On the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager web console, expand the tree to find Sites and narrow down to find Solarwinds NetPerfMon.

c. Right-click on Solarwinds NetPerfMon and click Remove from the pop up menu.

   4In the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager web console, click Application Pools.
   5. On the right pane window, select Solarwinds Orion Application Pool.

   6. Right-click on the pool, and click Remove.

4. Rename inetpub\solarwinds to solarwinds_old.

   a. Go to C:\inetpub.
   b. Rename the solarwinds folder to solarwinds_old.


5. Modify permissions for network service on \inetpub:

   a. Go to Administrative Tools > Computer Management > expand System Tools > Local Users and Groups > Groups.
   b. Double-click the User Groups and then click Add. Click Locations and select your computer node. 
   c. Type Network Service into the Enter the objects names. 
   dClick Advanced, then Find Now and select it from the Search Results

6. Rebuild website using the configuation wizard. 



There are multiple IPAM leftover files from the previous installation.
