Remove a node from UDT

This article describes how to remove a node from UDT.

All UDT versions

  1. In the Orion Web Console, go to Settings > All Settings > UDT Settings > Manage Ports.
  2. Set the following:
    • Show: Nodes
    • Filter to: UDT Monitored Nodes
  3. Select the node that you want to remove and click DELETE.
  4. In the DELETE NODES window that pops up, select your preferred option and click DELETE.

The above steps work for any SNMP based node. A Windows or WMI based node will have the Delete button greyed out and will not allow you to delete. In a future version this will be changed, but for now you will need to contact SolarWinds Support for additional assistance to remove Windows based nodes within UDT.
