Overview

This article briefly discusses why UDT does not display any user login information for users that connect wirelessly. 

Environment

All UDT versions

Detail

This issue is external to UDT. When using the following topology, the information is not available from the DC so UDT cannot display the data. UDT requires events 4768 and 4769 to record login events. For more information, refer to No user login information found in UDT.

Wireless Users ---------> Access Point --------> Controller ---------> Aruba Clear Pass ----------> Active Directory.
