Webinar: Web Help Desk for HR, Facilities and Accounting Departments
This webinar will focus on use cases for HR, Facilities and Accounting.

Having a unified ticketing and asset management system for all the departments in your company can provide end-users with a seamless experience and make things easier for your IT team. Yet, with different business tasks and objectives, many departments don’t fully understand the capabilities of Web Help Desk and how the software can be customized for effective use in their departments.

The indirect endpoint connection information for ports does not get displayed in the UDT Port Details, UDT Port History, UDT Current Connection, and UDT Historical connections Resources.

From UDT 3.0.2 onwards, we will not show the indirect endpoint connections in the following UDT resources:

  • Port Details
  • Port History
  • Current Connection
  • Historical Connection

For port details, port history, current connection and historical connections to display the indirect endpoint connections, execute the following SQL query in the UDT database:

UPDATE UDT_Setting Set Settingvalue=1 Where SettingName = 'UDT.UI.ShowAlsoIndirectConnections'
To revert the setting back to default run the following SQL query:
UPDATE UDT_Setting Set Settingvalue=0 Where SettingName = 'UDT.UI.ShowAlsoIndirectConnections'.
