Unable to perform network discovery

Issue:
Customers running NPM version 11 and  upgrading from UDT 3.1 RC1 to RC2 (also known as UDT 3.1 RTM) may have an issue when performing a discovery. The discovery will run for a few moments and then stop, generating the following error:
 
"Unexpected Website Error
Unable to filter result by Ignore List
For more troubleshooting help, see the SolarWinds Knowledge Base, or contact support"

This error is caused by a mismatch in the NPM Packaging roots file. 

Resolution:

To resolve this issue perform the following tasks:

1. Navigate to the "\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\Packaging\Roots" location.
2. Edit the NPM.Packaging.roots file with a text editor like notepad. 
3. Update the line:            


      <requires id="Orion.Interfaces" version="[5.1.11,]" /> <requires id="Orion.Interfaces" version="[5.1.11,]">
       To:
</requires>
      <requires id="Orion.Interfaces" version="[5.2.0.46,]" /><requires id="Orion.Interfaces" version="[5.2.0.46,]">

4. Update the line:</requires>
 

      <requires id="Orion.Interfaces.Discovery" version="[1.0.0,]" /> <requires id="Orion.Interfaces.Discovery" version="[1.0.0,]"/>
 
       To: 

      <requires id="Orion.Interfaces.Discovery" version="[1.0.0.55,]" />  <requires id="Orion.Interfaces.Discovery" version="[1.0.0.55,]">  

</requires>
5. Save the update.
6. Run the configuration wizard for NPM in its entirety selecting all options.

Expected results:

UDT 3.1 performs a discovery with no issues.
