Unable to add nodes to UDT

This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when there is no response to adding nodes to UDT when using an additional poller or the nodes are assigned to an additional poller.

There are several potential causes of this issue:

  • The node is assigned to an additional poller that does not have UDT installed
  • The node is assigned to an additional poller that does not have the same version of UDT installed
  • The node cannot be reached from the additional poller



Install/Upgrade UDT on the Additional Poller (Recommended).


Transfer the node to the Main Poller where UDT is installed to add it, then open access to the node from the additional poller\node itself..
