Overview

A single port connected to a IP phone, which is connected to a PC is showing as 2 IPs in UDT. From one of the IPs, it did not show the port information.

Detail

This is by design. If the endpoint is connected via Phone, then UDT marks those device as Indirectly connected device. Execute the below script in the UDT database to show the indirectly connected endpoints.

 

UPDATE UDT_Setting Set Settingvalue=1 Where SettingName = 'UDT.UI.ShowAlsoIndirectConnections'

 

After executing script please refresh the page.
