SRM license not showing in Orion

This article explains why the SRM license is not displayed in License Manager on the Web Console.


  • NPM 12.0 and 12.1
  • SRM  6.3 and 6.4
  • Profiler 6.2.3


When SRM-Profiler integration is enabled, the SRM license will not be displayed in License Manager on the Web Console. ie, License Manager will grab licenses from SRM if the license was licensed initially from the SRM side, but if it was integrated with STM and it was licensed on the STM/SRM Profiler side first, then by design, the license will not show up in the License Manager screen from the Orion Web Console.
