Anti-virus programs may lock files used by the SolarWinds Job Engine v2 service during scanning. This can cause the SolarWinds Job Engine v2 services to stop and restart, causing delayed polling and gaps in data for a poll cycle.

For the most up-to-date information and details of the files, directories and ports to be excluded, in SRM and all SolarWinds products, please see: Files and directories to exclude from antivirus scanning.
