Min, Max, Average columns show the same values for IOPS

Overview

The Array and NAS Details report displays three identical values for the IOPS Read, Write, and Average columns after performing the following:

  1. Select the IOPS Read, Write, and Total columns three times each.
  2. Use the Advanced function on each column to set one of each to Min, Max, and Average.

Environment

  • SRM 6.4
  • NPM 12.1

Cause 

LUNs real-time values are used, which will require creating another report from scratch if you want to view historical data because LUN Performance Statistics will be disabled.

 

Resolution

Select LUN Performance Statistics when adding columns.
