Overview

SRM Orion and SRM Profiler integration fails.

There is currently established communication between Storage Resource Monitoron "OrionSRM" and Storage Profiler.

Environment

  • All SRM Orion versions
  • All SRM Profiler versions

Resolution

  1. From the SRM with Profiler, go to Settings > License Manager.
  2. Click "Reclaim License ..." and Reclaim.
  3. Enable integration between SRM and SRM Profiler.
