Performance Comparison Resource chart is missing Y-axis when throughput is low

Table of contents
No headers

This article notifies the users of an issue where the Y-axis is missing in the chart for the Performance Comparison resource when data throughput is low. This issue can happen when doing the following:

  1. Locating or adding a storage device to SRM.
  2. Going to the Array Details page.
  3. Verifying the Total MB/sethroughput and seeing if the value is low, for example <00.1 MB/sec.
  4. Locating the Performance Comparison resource and setting both pull down menu options to Write Throughput MB/sec.

If the reported value for Write Throughput is too low, the Y-axis will be missing on the chart for Performance Comparison.
