Hitachi LUN latency always shows 0 ms

Updated May 14, 2018

Latency for Hitachi storage arrays always shows 0ms.

  • SRM
  • All Hitachi arrays

Because the Hitachi SMI-S provider does not provide IOTimeCounter values, latency for HDS arrays cannot be calculated. This means that it will always be displayed as zero in any performance resource.

There is currently no workaround.
