SRM: File System Used Capacity and Percentage are unknown

Updated March 11th, 2016

You may see that the File System Used Capacity and File System Used % columns show "Unknown" for certain Thin or Thick LUNs.

All versions of SRM.

You will need to perform automatic or manual end-to-end mapping of the LUNs to the appropriate host (i.e. Windows node in Orion). After doing the procedure, the value for each column with show.

SRM does not inherently gather these values, they are only gathered by Orion once the end-to-end mapping is setup.
