Change SMI-S credentials in Storage Resource Monitor

When adding an SMI-S provider to SRM via the Add SMI-S Provider option in the Add Storage Device wizard, and a change is needed (for example: password) as the values cannot be changed via the Add SMI-S Provider option once they are saved.


All SRM versions


Do the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Go to Settings > Manage Storage Objects.
    Click the Credentials tab.
2. Select the credential name to be edited.
    Click the Edit Credential button.
3. The Enter New Credentials box will appear in the next screen.
    From there, users can change the parameters used by SRM for communicating with the SMI-S provider.
