Capacity Summary resource is missing the LUNs used capacity data for some LUNs


This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when there is a large collection of LUNs on the Capacity Summary resource, and some missing from the report. 




All SRM versions


To display the LUN used capacity of all devices, increase the screen width resolution of your system and adjust the column width for the view.

  1. Click Settings > Manage Views from the Orion Web Console to adjust the width for the view.
  2. Locate the view in question and click edit.
  3. In the customization page, locate the column where the resource (Capacity Summary) resides and adjust the width parameter to a larger value.
  4. Click Preview  to see the changes and click Done if the changes are acceptable.
