Unable to run File Analysis reports on some servers

When running File Analysis reports, there is no option to run it on some servers.


All STM versions


  1. Go to Settings>Assign local/remote shares.
  2. Find your server in the Device Names.
  3. Select the available shares and click the arrow down button to move them to Selected.
  4. Click Save and wait for next File Analysis to complete.
  5. You should be able to see your device in File Analysis report.
