Device diagnostic wizard

The Devices Diagnostic wizard checks the status of all devices being monitored in SRM Profiler. If problems are encountered, the wizard displays a message on the Main Console page and the device console pages.

  1. From the main console, click Show Devices.
  2. Click the device name
  3. Use the Diagnose Problem link to help resolve the problem.
