Use LDAP to add a new user

The Add User button is not available when LDAP is enabled.

  1. Have the user log into SRM Profiler using their domain credentials.
  2. After the new user has successfully logged into the SRM Profiler website, a second user with Administrative rights must log into the SRM Profiler website and go to Settings > Manage Users and click the Manage icon for the new user.
  3. By default the new user does not have any privileges to the SRM Profiler website. Click the Manage icon and the Edit button to provide login rights to the new user.
