Storage Manager unable to perform offline license activation in Internet Explorer 10

Issue:

Storage Manager is unable to perform offline license activation with Internet Explorer browser version 10. When using this browser it will display a "Please Wait" icon that will remain there indefinitely.

Resolution:

Use a web browser other than Internet Explorer 10. The following browsers should work:

 

 

  • Internet Explorer 8
  • Internet Explorer 9
  • FireFox 3.6 and above
  • Chrome 10 and above
