This article provides steps to restart Storage Manager Agents.

All STM versions

Steps

Agent for Windows:

Use: services.msc

1. Open services.msc.

2. Stop SolarWinds Storage Manager Agent service. 

 

Linux:

Use: /etc/init.d/storage_manager_agent stop

Note: Use storage_manager_server if you are on the STM server.
