Environment

  • STM 6.2.1

Cause

This issue is caused by data cache folder corruption.

Resolution

  1. Log in to the affected server.
  2. Use "services.msc" to stop "Storage Manager Agent service".
  3. Rename this folder:
    <Agent installation folder>\systemic\mod.sys.perf.cpu.CPUPerf_1.0\data
    to
    data_old
  4. Restart the "Storage Manager Agent service".
  5. Check after 30 minutes if you get data in Performance tab.
