DELL MDXXX arrays reports large spikes in MB transferred/sec chart when agent/server communication is restored

Overview

There is a known issue with older versions of the DELL MD SMI-S Providers that causes users to see large spikes in performance charts on the Storage Manager Website.

Resolution

Upgrade the SMI-S provider version to 10.28 or later. SMI-S Provider installers and instructions are available on the NetApp portal.
