Overview

This article describes how to enable Statistics Logging for EMC CLARiiON storage array to make sure that CommandCentral can collect full performance data.

Environment

All STM versions

Steps

Use the Navisphere web interface:

  1. Bring up the system menu and select Storage Hardware
  2. On the screen that loads select System Properties on the right side. 
  3. A new window will open and the General tab verify that enable Statistics Logging is checked.

Note: If you disable Statistics Logging, CommandCentral cannot collect certain performance data for the array.
