Getting Started with Server Configuration Monitor

Course Overview

Server Configuration Monitor (SCM) is designed to do for servers what Network Configuration Manager (NCM) does for network devices: take snapshots of configurations, detect changes, compare configurations over time and across servers, and provide searching for configuration contents. Want to know more about Server Configuration Monitor? Checkout SolarWinds® Academy for a comprehensive training session that discusses the newest SCM product features.

This training session will cover all the latest, most powerful enhancements of this new, exciting product. SolarWinds SCM was built to provide insights into Windows® server and application changes, and to help you pinpoint the root cause of performance problems faster. Integrate SCM with Server & Application Monitor (SAM) to help extend troubleshooting of system and application performance from within a unified console. Detect, track, and receive alerts when changes occur, which can allow you to correlate system performance changes with configuration changes.

This training is intended to quickly bring you up to speed on all the new product improvements
