This article overviews what you can potentially do if you receive an "invalid query" command on a Windows Service monitor in SAM.

This is due to the platform that the polling job is ran on.


  1. Edit the application monitor that is having issues.
  2. Expand the "+ Advanced" section.
  3. Click "Override template" on the part that says "Platform to run polling job on".
  4. Adjust this from x86 to x64.
