Overview

The HTTP and HTTPS monitors support additional macros besides ${IPAddress} for identifying the system. This article is useful for customers having dynamic hostnames and must use an external node in Orion.

The HTTP and HTTPS User Experience Monitors support the following additional macros in SAM 5.2 and greater.

${Node.SysName}

${Node.Caption}

${Node.DNS}
