Resolution

  • The first step is to read the troubleshooting guide found here.
  • If the above guide does not yield results, try this one: Enable WMI (© 2002-2017 Power Admin LLC., available at https://www.poweradmin.com, obtained on October 24th, 2017.)
  • Finally, try disabling UAC in the registry and reboot.
