SAM 6.0.2: Thresholds variables are not populated

Overview

In SAM 6.0.2, creating an alert with threshold variables are not populated.

Environment

SAM version 6.0.2

Resolution

Option 1:

  1. Open SQL Management Studio
  2. Connect to the database server and right click on SolarWindsOrion database in the Object Explorer.
  3. Select the New Query option. A query window opens.
  4. Type: EXEC apm_RefreshComponentThresholdCache in the query window.
  5. Press F5 to execute.


Option 2: Upgrade to SAM 6.1.1 or later.
