Remove WSDL Files

Table of contents

Overview

This article details the location, uses, and how to delete the WSDL files.

Environment

All SAM  versions

Detail

WSDL files are stored in the following database: table APM_WsdlSchema.

These files are used only when editing templates/applications. WSDL files remain stored in the event you want to change settings in the future. Therefore, it is not necessary to download the file more than once. This means that when you delete a WSDL file of a monitored service, polling is not affected.

WSDL files can be deleted directly in the database (e.g. using SQL Server Management Studio).
