Environment

  • ALL SAM versions
  • Windows - Unix/Linux Oracle databases

To obtain the Oracle client:

  1. Open Customer Portal > License Management > My Downloads.
  2. On the licenses section under the products list, select SAM > scroll down to ADDITIONAL DOWNLOADS > Additional components,
  3. There is an option to the right to download the Oracle client.
