Linux CPU Monitoring Perl showing incorrect values

Overview

The SAM Linux CPU Monitoring - Perl template and it shows the CPU information or values as incorrect (or does not change between polling).

Environment

All SAM versions

Detail

The vmstat (which PERL uses to pull the information) does not report the actual value of the CPU, therefore the values are not real time. It reports instead a rolling average. This is by design and limitation within vmstat and not of SAM.
