Warranty Status in Asset Inventory is showing as Unknown.

Environment

All SAM versions

Cause

There is not a separate setting for Warranty Polling. You can set a proxy server for the entire server and it will be used by Warranty Polling automatically.

Resolution

You can configure this setting through Group Policy. See the Make proxy settings per-machine (rather than per user) GPO description.
