Unexpected website error on some pages of SAM

Overview

The formatter threw the following exception error from the secondary web front end when trying to access SAM information.

There was an error while trying to deserialize parameter http://www.solarwinds.com.

Environment

All SAM versions

Cause

The additional web server was still running an old version of SAM 5.5 (web server) while others ran on SAM 6.0.

Resolution

Upgrading SAM 5.5 to SAM 6.0 solves the issue - Upgrading SolarWinds SAM.
