SAM's polling of performance counters crash intermittently.

All SAM versions

Cause

A node that is being polled may have Coldfusion v8 installed which is known to crash with the .Net framework.

Resolution

Disable Coldfusion performance counters using the Exctrlst.exe tool found in this Technet article: Two-Minute Drill: Disabled performance counters and Exctrlst.exe
