Remove DB Performance tab after uninstalling DPA 9.2

Overview

After uninstalling DPA 9.2, the DB Performance tab is still available from the SAM Customize page.

Environment

  • Server & Application Monitor  (SAM)

Resolution

To remove the tab:

  1. From the Start menu, open Database Manager.
  2. Click Add default server to connect to the Orion database server.
  3. In the left navigation tree, right-click Orion database, and then select New query.
  4. Copy/paste the following query:
    DELETE FROM [Views] WHERE [ViewKey] LIKE 'DBPerf%'
  5. Click Execute.

The DB Performance tab will no longer be present.
